First Steps to Becoming Debt Free

Problem debt, anxiety and lethargy tend to go hand in hand. Hibernating will generally feel safer and less confrontational than taking action particularly speaking to anyone about your debt.

But an increasing pile of creditors’ letters and missed calls from collection agents will add to your anguish and make for sleepless nights.

The Debt Advisor team know this and have developed a Free Debt Calculator which you can use in the privacy of your own home. This will help work out:-

  • Money coming into your household
  • Household and personal expenditure
  • How much money you have spare to pay creditors
  • Work out how much you owe to your creditors and also how much you should be paying
  • Identify if you can actually afford your debt and if not, how much you can afford

With your permission the figures are sent to our team. If you want to talk to us, we will have an understanding of your financial situation and we believe this makes picking up the phone easier.

With nearly 20 years of experience and thousands of customers, The Debt Advisor are able to help you find work out the most appropriate solution and provide helpful advice which takes into account your circumstances.

If you have used our Free Debt Calculator and found it useful or know of someone struggling with their debts, please feel free to share it with them and help them start their journey towards financial stability.

The Debt Advisor Ltd is regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority No 659920 and can offer help and advice on all debt solutions. There is also free advice available through The Money Advice Service who you can call on 0800 138 7777.
