Debt help

Award-winning, Manchester-based debt management company, The Debt Advisor, has been selected by Chorley-based Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), Anne Wray, to offer non-lending solutions to its clients.

The informal arrangement will see The Debt Advisor extend its comprehensive range of personal non-lending solutions to Anne Wray’s national client base of around 1,500 members of the clergy and their families.

Bev Budsworth, managing director of The Debt Advisor commented: “It’s great to be working closely with such a well respected IFA firm. This new arrangement will see Anne Wray endorsing our products and services to its extensive client base of church members and their families who have run into financial difficulties. It’s really encouraging to see more and more IFAs being really proactive and increasing their product ranges to include more non-lending solutions – we look forward to working with them.”

Anne Wray, IFA, added: “We have been providing impartial and honest advice to our clients for over 15 years but the change in the economy has meant that many traditional lending solutions are inappropriate. Debt is always a difficult issue for anyone to deal with and requires expert help and support.

“We wanted to make sure we teamed up with the best and The Debt Advisor stood out for us as it has an award-winning, empathic and professional service. Its holistic approach to debt means that it also offers the services of a professional counsellor to target not only the practical issues but also the physical and behavioural ones. It’s great to be in partnership with The Debt Advisor who has a great reputation in delivering this type of specialised advice.”
