THE DEBT ADVISOR LAUNCHES MULTILINGUAL SERVICE

Award-winning debt management company, The Debt Advisor, has expanded its offering to provide expert debt advice in several different languages.

In addition to offering advice in up to seven languages, the Trafford-based practice has also launched a dedicated website in Polish to cater for the growth in Polish nationals requiring debt advice.

Bev Budsworth, managing director of The Debt Advisor, explained: “Here at The Debt Advisor we are passionate about the service we offer and believe that everyone should have access to professional, reliable debt advice, whatever language they speak. That’s why, as well as English, we now have advisors at hand who can converse with clients in a range of different languages including Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, Greek, Polish and Russian.

“In fact due to the rise in the need for multilingual services, we have developed a specific advisory line and dedicated website for our Polish clients, headed up by advisory team manager, Lucyna Rynkiewicz-Jones.

“The new service is already proving to be incredibly popular, with Lucyna and other staff able to advise and converse with our clients in their native language. Feedback has been amazing with our clients saying that, although being in serious debt is extremely stressful, being able to express themselves in their native language has really helped to put them at ease.

“Being able to help people challenged with the language barrier is just another example of how we continue to go the extra mile for our clients. We very much see this as a unique selling point for our business and a service that we will develop in the future.”

The Debt Advisor’s Polish website provides support and guidance in Polish, giving native speakers easier access to vital information. It also provides helpful links to other available services. Visit www.dlugiwanglii.co.uk for more details.
