Award-winning, Manchester-based debt management company, The Debt Advisor, has been selected by Chorley-based Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), Anne Wray, to offer non-lending solutions to its clients.

Figures published today by the Insolvency Service show the number of personal insolvencies reached 35,242 in the third quarter of 2009 - an increase of 28.2% on the same period a year ago.
