Helpful Information - County Court Administrator Order

If you have a County Court Judgement and your total unsecured debts amount to less than £5,000, a COUNTY COURT ADMINISTRATION ORDER can offer you a straightforward method of paying your debts in affordable instalments . You do however, need to have a regular income from which you can make the payments to the Court.

It is a simple process:-

•  Get the appropriate forms,N92-N270 from your local county  court at

www.courtservice.gov.uk/cms/3516.htm

•  Complete with details of your monthly income and outgoings.

•  The Court will decide how much you can afford to pay each month .

•  The COUNTY COURT ADMINISTRATION ORDER will then be granted .

The order is legally binding and will give you complete protection from your creditors who will no longer be allowed to approach you for payments. You will then make monthly payments to the court rather than your creditors. The court will then deduct any administration charges before paying the balance to your creditors.
